Eight Count and Abundant LIfe: FREE Breakdance Workshop

Eight Count will be partnering with a new Social Dance Ministry founded by Joann Chang, a member of Abundant life, in hosting a FREE Breakdance Workshop on Saturday October 11th, 2008 beginning at 8pm. After the lesson, there will be open dancing to a mix of dance styles including salsa, swing, hip hop, ballroom, etc from 9:30-11:30pm. The event will take place at the GRX church located at 4600 Patrick Henry Dr, Santa Clara, CA 95054). The workshop will be taught by Newton Cheng from Eight Count. Newton has been breakdancing since 2001 and has spent the last four years teaching classes at Dance Attack Studios in Los Gatos, CA. He specializes in working with beginners so there is no previous dance experience necessary to attend this workshop.
